Recently we integrated weather into CORE. Long, midterm and short term forecasts are derived from the award winning weather app Dark Sky. This means that you will always do the nutrition planning for your event with the best possible weather forecast available at the time of planning. Obviously, getting the weather conditions right is important, especially for fluid intake, as temperature and humidity will affect sweat rate. An accurate forecast is therefore critical to a good plan. There is still an option to override the forecast and plan your nutrition with a temperature that you enter yourself.
